Hour Time is licensed, not sold, to you. Your use of the app is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"), which applies to apps distributed through the App Store. Please read it — it sets out the scope of your license, permitted use, and the applicable warranty and liability terms.
The records you create in Hour Time — people, visits, reminders, time entries, and notes — are yours. They are stored on your device and in your private iCloud account. The developer does not operate a server, does not receive your records, and cannot access them. See the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the information you enter, including any information about other people, and for using the app in a way that complies with the laws that apply to you.
Because your data lives in your own device storage and iCloud account, keeping it backed up is up to you and to Apple's iCloud service. The developer holds no copy of your data and therefore cannot restore it if it is lost or deleted.
Hour Time offers a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that removes the limit on how many people you can add. Payment is processed by Apple, and the purchase is tied to the Apple Account used to buy it. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. It is a personal record-keeping tool and is not intended as legal, financial, or professional advice.
These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the app or to legal requirements. When they are, the "Effective" date above will be revised and the updated version will be published at this address.
